I have heard from a lot of you that it's so hard to understand how it can feel easy to keep the weight off after you have lost it.  

This makes perfect sense when you have lost weight over and over again with diets and restricted eating, only to gain it back (plus a few more pounds). Trust me, I did that enough to know!

In this episode, I talk with my former client, Sherri Jones, 9 months after she finished coaching with me. Her journey proves that learning the strategies and mindsets that you don't know that you don't know is what propels you forward in sustainable weight loss.
