Is Less Better? I Have Thoughts.

Because here's what I've noticed — the same women who were handed the "more is better" message their whole lives were also handed the opposite one. At the exact same time. From a completely different direction.
Less food. Fewer calories. Smaller portions. Tighter windows. Less fat. Cut the carbs. Take up less space.
We traded one story for another. But what if the second story is just as worth questioning as the first?
In this episode I'm looking honestly at "less is better" — where it's true, where it completely falls apart, and why so many smart, motivated women have followed this advice faithfully and ended up further from their goals than when they started.
This isn't about giving you a new set of rules. It's about something that will actually change how you think.
